It offers a wide selection of finest-quality Italian and Greek fresh table olives for foodservice, fresh produce, and deli including varieties such as Castelvetrano, Gaeta, Cerignola, Leccino and many more. 100% made in Italy olives, naturally aged for eight months only with water and salt. They are available in either Ficacci-branded or private label, in a range of sizes in brine or M.A.P. Foodservice, industry, retail… with more than 30 varieties of olives, Ficacci has got the right assortment for your needs, both refrigerated or ambient storage. It is certified HACCP, ISO 9000, BRC, IFS, and Kosher.
